Art Classes in Drawing and Oil Painting
The Boston School of Painting offers fine art classes in drawing and oil painting as taught in the tradition of 18th and 19th century European ateliers.
Studio art classes run continuously and include instruction in oil painting, drawing – using both graphite and charcoal – and the human figure. Further, Jason Polins personally assists all art students with their choice of art materials such as graphite, charcoal, chalk, paints and brushes. Equally important, he guides his students with selecting the appropriate paper or canvas for their assignments.
Jason’s approach to teaching is so successful that even a total beginner in arts is able to achieve mastery, no matter what their initial skill level.
Our next 14-week session begins in September and will continue through the fall. Please contact the school for details about upcoming fine art classes in drawing and oil painting.
